Our owner, Robert Eaton, is New England born and raised, and after twelve years in the U.S. Army, has been in the construction trade since. 

 

With over twenty years standing, Total Maintenance Services is privately owned, fully insured, and utilizes experienced, certified personnel that can take care of all your property requirements. 

 

We offer many interior services from complete apartment cleanouts and refurbishments to changing light bulbs. Our exterior services are extensive, from ceiling to driveway; including snow removal and lawn care.  No job is too big or too small, and twenty four hour emergency service is always available.
