When Total Maintenance Services took on this challenge, it involved every service that our company provides.  First, we had to remove years worth of junk and debris.  This house was built in 1890, and required a total remodel from removing plaster walls and ancient wiring, to building new floors, walls, ceilings, and windows underneath a new roof.  The yard needed help, trees trimming, and sculpting.  This project needs to be completed in 90 days or less.
